This sessioned trackday splits riders into three groups of a similar ability with the track time divided between these groups. Typically you will receive a sighting lap session followed by six 20 minute sessions of riding time.
The South West Circuit at Bedford Autodrome is approximately three miles long. Unlike most other tracks in the UK, it operates in an anti-clockwise direction, giving you the chance to really practice your skills on a series of left hand bends. The 1km straight (the longest of any UK race track) means that top speed runs are a feature of every lap with 600cc sports bike riders typically achieving 160mph or more!
The circuit also offers safety advantages over other race tracks with the huge run off areas making it an ideal venue to explore your bike’s full potential whether this is your first trackday or your fiftieth!
The three groups available for this event are:
Novice - for anyone who has little or no trackday experience. A typical rider in the novice group will have attended between one and three trackdays before. Don't worry if you are a complete novice - the additional mini-briefings between your on track sessions that we provide on our Novice Only Trackdays will also take place on these events.
Intermediate - for riders who have done some track days before and feel ready to move up from the novice session. A typical rider in intermediate group will have attended between three and five trackdays before.
Advanced - this session is strictly limited to skilled trackday riders who are competent with higher track speeds.
We look forward to seeing you here!
